You are eligible for a 100% full refund if you request cancellation within the first 10 calendar days from the date of purchase.

50% Refund (Day 11 to Day 25)
If you request cancellation between the 11th and 25th day from the purchase date, you will receive a 50% refund of the subscription fee.

No Refund (After 25 Days)
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after 25 days from the date of purchase.
